Art From Others

Occasionally I like to show you art pieces I received in swaps and from friends. I am fortunate to be blessed with such talented friends, willing to share their art with me. Enjoy as you stroll through today’s post.

This ATC was made by Amy ZuZu. Remember, an ATC is 2.5″ x 3.5″ in size. So think small works of art! I really like the steampunk vibe and that piece of colorful origami paper will be showing up in my Zen-untangled! journal somewhere. Watch for it.

Ann Woods made this ATC for the 1 For All swap. It started with her soft watercolored background and her vintage image of the little friends. Love the sentiment! The color behind the girls is . . . . my business card! Cool that she used it in a piece of art for me! <3

Cynthia Blackwell made this chic ATC, it’s one of my all-time favorites! I love all the bling!

Letter F ATCs from Jennifer Blue Locke. I have to say the fish is really cool! All those sequins make her shimmer and shine! Love it! The ‘be fearless’ ATC has so many layers of texture! And inked edges! You know that is right up my alley!

Do you recognize how these were made? Remember my posts about using playing cards to make ATCs? These four were part of an Altered Playing Card swap and they are also from Jennifer Blue Locke. I like looking at all the individual elements she used on each one. I especially like the American alligator one!

For the Letter H Swap, these were made by Jennifer Marker. I love the bling! They are so pretty in person! Lots of sparkle and shine and you know how I like that!

This package came from Kasey James. Part of the 1 For All swap – she did a great job! I store all my ATCs from the swaps in a 3 ring binder in baseball card pages. The awesome cool flamingo is going into my Zen-untangled! journal along with that quote card! Hahaha!

That’s it for today. I am blessed to have friends swap with me. I’d love to swap with you if you are interested. Just let me know and we can work something out! It will be fun!

  1. I think my favourites are the second & third with the two friends coming out top, just something about that one & what a lovely personal touch to incorporate your business care into it.

    • I was surprised and happy to see she had included the card. that was nice to see <3
