Hahnemühle’s Report & Art Book is Awesome for Tangling!

What a great book from Hahnemühle! Their Report & Art Book is an excellent way to store your Zentangle drawings, as well as tangle patterns and step outs. You could even deconstruct your own patterns in this book, clean them up into a clear step out, then tangle a tile you trace onto a page and showcase your new tangle pattern! What a super idea!

I tangled up this 4″ x 7″ piece on one of the pages with a nice sized border at the top and bottom, and about 1/2″ on the two sides. I plan on doing a full review on this product from Hahnemühle in the near future. So remember to watch for it.

Welcome to the new blog. I hope you will come back on a regular basis as I plan on sharing my tangle experience, as well as some awesome cool color techniques! Don’t want to miss a post? You can subscribe by using the prompts in the right sidebar of most pages.

  1. Hi Alice. I have tried about 6 times to subscribe to your new blog, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried this page, and also this page: https://alicehendon.com/ but I do not receive a confirmation email, so I don’t know if I’m subscribed or not. Thanks. Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving!

    • susan, thanks for letting me know. this email thing has been a bear. it was working last night, so I’m not sure why you didn’t get a confirmation email. I just re-sent one to you. hopefully that will work.

        • awesome! thanks for pointing out that problem. it was affecting everyone. all fixed now. have a great Thanksgiving!

    • That is true for me as well. I’ve tried repeatedly, but no email as of now. I’ll keep checking.

      • yes, it appears that part is not working like it should. I just resent confirmations emails manually to a slew of people. I will make sure one of them was you 🙂

  2. This looks a fascinating little workhorse of a book & I love what you have put into it with your balance of circular & freeflowing linear patterns Cee-a-mosa.
